Miniature Dessert: Mango Swiss Roll slice cake

This recently I also experimented out to made some mango swiss roll cake slices out of airdry clay in 1/12 dollhouse miniature scale. I'm feel isn't really satisfied with this 1st trial result. It's can be more better with highly realistic texture detailed. How do you think. Share with me I'd love to hear your thoughts! :)
