Dollhouse miniature French Pastry Saint-Honoré

Blackberry themed Saint-Honoré pastry handmade lovingly by me in 1:12 scale dollhouse miniature French Pastry. I had tried to improve my saint honoré whipped cream and make it more details elegance. You can see I had also made aluminium foil tart linear to use for presenting this lovely saint honoré. Simply adorable! You will truly enjoy it details!

This Violet Blackberry Saint-Honoré Pastry made up over by delicate violet creamy filling and the three small vanilla dipped profiteroles choux balls together blackberries fruits decor side by side around the edge of the pastry base. Topped decorate with pretty pale violet rose petal.

This Pale Lilac Blackberry Saint-Honoré Pastry made up over by delicate pale lilac creamy filling and the three small vanilla dipped profiteroles choux balls together blackberries fruits decor side by side around the edge of the pastry base. Topped decorate with pretty mystical purple macaron .

This Blueberry-Blackberry Vanilla Saint-Honoré Pastry made up over by delicate creamy vanilla filling and the three small pale purple frosting dipped profiteroles choux balls side by side around the edge of the pastry base. Topped decorate with Blueberries-Blackberry and white rose geranium flower leave.

Dollhouse Miniature French Pastry - Mint Peach Croquembouche

Dollhouse French Dessert Croquembouche handmade lovingly by me in dollhouse miniature 1:12 scale

Recently I had experiment making french dessert Croquembouche; which also called Profiteroles tower. I had made my beautiful Croquembouche presented on intricate decorative cake base.

So here's shown another new collections of croquembouche that I had created. With all assortment beautiful pastel color of choux pastry assembled together into a cone tower and dipped in beautiful pastel colour of peach, ivory and mint icing. Each choux pastry balls are handsculpt individually by me. The topped towering final finished with white chocolate "P" label and a large ivory ribbon for a more decorative look. Everything just looks so soft with the colour! Simply elegant yet whimsical.

Dollhouse Miniature Pastry: Adorable Profiteroles Tower Collections

Hello all, Happy Monday. Wishing you all a great start to your week!
I just wanted to share part of my new artwork of dollhouse patisserie that I had completed by the weekend. Yeah, it's 1:12th dollhouse miniature profiteroles tower collections in varied tall size and design.

▼ Here's, one of the beautiful mini tower of sugared profiteroles that I had created. They are made on tarte based with topped decorated with white chocolate P logo. Simply lovely! I've also create a lovely mint pedestal to use display together with this mini tower.

















Here's another type of the beautiful grand tower profiteroles that I had created with vanilla, mint and peach icing. Yeah, you can see I'm still in the mood working around with soft tender tone.  Each profiteroles patiently hand sculpt by myself and coloring to be delicious pastry then assembly as a lovely grand tower. It's always took me ages in completed made one grand tower of profiteroles. Anyway, they make me smile whenever I looking at them. I hope they make you smile too! 
















I've also in progress challenge working on other design of profiteroles tower. I'm plan to create a lovely profiteroles tower on top of the cake with something very dedicated and details Stay tuned!

It's JULY! Work in Progress

Hello all, yeah I know it's has been while since my last updated. I'm still here! Back start my brand new month hardworking progress on sweet pate a choux pastry, profiteroles tower. I keep reminding myself to keep on practicing on the skills and create wonderful lovely miniature food present to you all. I'm feeling to make a miniature pate a choux pastry themed party for this month with some sweet savory of pate a choux, profiteroles tower, saint honore pastry...and so on served on table. Valentine's Profiteroles Tower

Beautiful Valentine's Croquembouche which completed by me on last weekend in dollhouse miniature scale. I had made this grand tower with 4 tier cake height out of 100 assorted profiteroles held together very well. The top of each profiteroles have carefully dipped with different beautiful sweet lovely color themed sauce. Six assorted of profiteroles that I had created: red, chocolate ganache with shower of sprinkles, white ganache, white chocolate marble, chocolate ganache and baby pink with white heart. This simple profiteroles tower is charming with additional of little extra such as lovely hearty cookies and "Happy Valentine's Day" greeting tag decor on top.

Christmas French Berries Tarte topped with profiteroles in 1/12th miniature dollhouse Food

Gorgeous Christmas French Berries Tart topped with profiteroles in 1:12 scale dollhouse miniature scale.

This was my first experienced on making this French Berries Tart topped with profiteroles in miniature dollhouse scale 1:12 which inspired by the real photo of tart pastry. I'm so much enjoyed the process of making something new. Sometime I will added other things or an extra things which make different from my initial ideas.

I had made a chocolate custard tart base with topped side surrounding by petite cream puffs which all individually hand-sculpt by me with a lots of love and efforts. Then, filled the middle with mixed fruit berries from raspberries, strawberries and blueberries. I also added holly leaves and a little "Buon Natale" greeting chocolate bar in top between berries to enhance the overall beauty of this tart! Very stunning.

Beautiful in the details! Each piece is carefully and lovingly hand made by me with meticulous attention to details, from each fruits, raspberries, strawberries, berries, profiteroles and the tart.

It would be perfect festive touch and looks great to your miniature dollhouse bakery scene.

Classic French dessert-Christmas Profiteroles Tower in 1/12 scale

Hello everyone, I had done a lots of beautiful goodies for Christmas season as you could see some of them had already been updated in my Facebook. I'm really feel excited in making Christmas goodies ! They make me feel happy by just looking at them.

Here's the beautiful classic French dessert-Christmas Profiteroles Tower that handmade lovingly by me in 1/12 scale I had made over 60-80 profiteroles for a single tower and assembled them together with raspberries, snowflake cookies and Christmas candies all around this tower. The red icing snowflake on top of this grand tower is just so eye catching and simply stunning. I'm love it very much:) What's more? I also added the "Merry Christmas" greeting tag on top to make this tower look special and uniquely beautiful!  A lot of efforts and heart putting in making this lovely art piece. I hope you enjoy it as much as I'm created them.
This grand tower of cream puffs is glued together with caramelized sugar. While it is a grand dessert for a special occasion, it needs to be assembled as close to the time when it is to be served as possible, so do plan for this. Makes 1 tower of 50-60 profiteroles.

Saint-Honoré Rose-Raspberry Dessert 1/12 dollhouse miniature patisserie

Hello all, Happy Friday & Have a lovely weekend!

It's a busy working week for me after back from my trip. Therefore I haven't had much time for updates but I plan to do a lot of different things here soon.  

I wanted to share some of the pictures of this truly classic, beautiful miniature dessert that I had completed~~ A lovely french dessert Saint-Honoré Rose-Raspberry Dessert in 1/12 dollhouse miniature scale.

A delicate whipped cream added to decorate this beautiful French patisserie and holded the 3 small profiteroles side by side around the edge of the lovely shape pâte à choux base. With raspberries and delicate rose petal décor on top. Delicious! Just something craving for!

I realized that making the dollhouse miniature raspberries is the most hardest & challenge part for me without using any mold. I could spent my day just keep sitting on chair for kneading clay into a consistent small size balls and resemble as raspberry.

I have serious admiration for those artisans who create stunning miniature raspberries.

Miniature Pastry : Swan Cream Puff

Hi! Happy Thursday!

Here's my handmade tiny luxurious swan cream puffs in dollhouse miniature world 1:12 scale! Personally I love it so much. They looks so elegant & lovely. I'm feels fun & addictive on making this swan cream puff even though much time & effort putting to make it:)

I had made them into 2 batch: one which just purely filled with whipped cream and another batch choux pastry which filled with juicy cubes mango & kiwi in between the whipped cream. All the choux pastry is made out of the airdry clay and all the fruits itself also handmade by myself.

From the photo, it might be hard to imagine these are small. Each swan cream puff measures approximately 0.9cm tall and 0.7cm wide.

♥ Gorgeous Red Inspiration: Simply Holiday Dessert Party♥

At last, I'm so happy to finally have the chance to share some pictures of my miniature project called "Simply Holiday Dessert Party"; simply in holiday decoration with the gorgeous red inspiration. Ranging with all delectable dessert and sweet treat delights on table of course!

The look is quite simple and made lovely with vintage touches of handmade wooden rocky horse and a gorgeous red bunting flags. All coordinates together beautifully♥ ♥
