Dollhouse MIniature Santa Red Velvet Savarin Mousse Dessert

I had also create an adorable cute Christmas Sweetness desserts~ Santa Red Velvet Savarin Mousse Dessert in 1/12 dollhouse miniature scale.

I made a savarin mousse dessert with a shaped looks like a Santa fat body and finished decor topped with miniature Santa head cookies. All hand sculpt with a lot of efforts by me to be meticulous attention details for each pastry.

This beautiful Chocolate Truffle Layered Cake made layered with milk chocolate, dark chocolate and white chocolate ganache, then covered in dark chocolate frosting. Topped have been drizzled with dark chocolate and decorated with raspberries, chocolate stick biscuit roll and star cookies in once continuous stream. The little "Merry Christmas" tag in between enhance this beautiful cake! Very stunning and festive touch!

Each slices of this patisserie handmade decorated with raspberry and chocolate plates on top of dark chocolate ganache. A little Gold sprinkles added enhance to this beautiful dessert. Simply stunning and elegance! You will delightful by the intricate textured of these patisseries itself.

Beautiful Raspberry Chocolate Ruffle Bag Dessert made filled with raspberry, star cookies and chocolate biscuit roll. A little gold flakes added to the top of ganache to give an extra special touch of each dessert. All hand sculpt with a lot of efforts by me to be meticulous attention details for each pastry. Simply stunning and realistic!

THROWBACK: Christmas Food/Dessert/Cake Collections 2014~Gorgeous Enchanted Christmas Forest Cake

Gorgeous Enchanted Christmas Forest Cake handmade lovingly in 1:12 scale Dollhouse Miniature Christmas Food scale.

3-tiered Enchanted Christmas Forest Cream Cake made with elegant vertical white stripes cream. Each tier of cake decorated surrounded with mixed fruit berries and holly leaves. I had also made the wooden ladder cookies decoration lead to the topped of little wooden cottage house which truly make everything so enchanted. Topper finished decor with a little "Xmas" cookies sign. Simply adorable and stunning.

Beautiful in the details! These all are carefully and lovingly handmade entirely by me with lots of love,meticulous attention to details, imagination and truly unique to my own brand. So it will be slightly different from the one as shown in the photo.

▼ Flying Santa Sleigh with Reindeer on Baking Tray handmade lovingly by me in dollhouse miniature 1/12 scale

I had handsculpted this santa claus's sleigh pulled by flying reindeer cookies by myself with lots of love, time and efforts.. I had dusted the surface with a little dark brown chalk to enhance give it a realistic cooked looks and then carefully filled the santa claus's with the sweet pastel icing. Simply Adorable! I hope you love them as much as I created.

Stunning and beautiful! I had made Eiffel Tower cake filled with elegant whipped cream and further filling the middle hole of the tower completely with assortment sweet pastel candies. The bottom Eiffel Tower cake decoration with three little sweet fondant gift boxes with bow. Final touch finished with Snowflake icing cookies together Christmas tag on topped enhance this beautiful cake! You will be delighted with its sweet lovely. These all are entirely handsculpt by me with lots of love, time and efforts. I really enjoy making them. I hope you love them as much as I created.

THROWBACK: Christmas Collections 2014~Whimsy Christmas Gingerbread Train Wonderland

Gorgeous Whimsy Christmas Gingerbread Train Wonderland handmade lovingly by me in dollhouse miniature 1/12 scale

This is the first year that I make this gingerbread train in lovely sweet themed. It was fun. This unique creation comes complete with a smoky train car and three little wagons. All connected by antique mini chains which allow flexi move arrange in way that you like. I made glaced cookies, teddy bear and reindeer in the wagons, as freight, and made the rail with small chocolate bars. Truly Unique!

THROWBACK: Christmas Collections 2014~White Christmas Gingerbread House Wonderland

Finally, I'm returning from my vacation and have recharged the batteries with fresh mind and soul. I was too busy enjoying my holiday:) Now, I'm back and start slowing work back on my craft.
