I had carefully made this red velvet swiss roll drizzled with the white chocolate. In the same time, an elegance whipped cream and fake coconuts flakes added cover over the top white chocolate of red velvet swiss roll in one continuous stream with cut strawberries, chocolate stick biscuit roll, and star cookies used to decorate on top of cream make this swiss roll looks more delicate and intricate details. There is a little "Merry Christmas" greeting tag in between the cream to enhance the beauty of this cake too! Very stunning and festive touch! I'm love the ideas of this little greeting tag and will do the same for the rest of my Christmas cake collection.

grand tower of cream puffs is glued together with caramelized sugar.
While it is a grand dessert for a special occasion, it needs to be
assembled as close to the time when it is to be served as possible, so
do plan for this.
