Here's the beautiful classic French dessert-Christmas Profiteroles Tower that handmade lovingly by me in 1/12 scale. I had made over 60-80 profiteroles for a single tower and assembled them together with raspberries, snowflake cookies and Christmas candies all around this tower. The red icing snowflake on top of this grand tower is just so eye catching and simply stunning. I'm love it very much:) What's more? I also added the "Merry Christmas" greeting tag on top to make this tower look special and uniquely beautiful! A lot of efforts and heart putting in making this lovely art piece. I hope you enjoy it as much as I'm created them.
This
grand tower of cream puffs is glued together with caramelized sugar.
While it is a grand dessert for a special occasion, it needs to be
assembled as close to the time when it is to be served as possible, so
do plan for this.
