I've made choux puffs which dipped with red and chocolate icing mixed decorated surrounding the edge of pastry disk for this wonderful St. Honoré cake. With beautiful elegance chantilly cream made presented like a Christmas tree tower in the middle of this Christmas French Pastry. Topped tower decorated with big red ribbon bow, peppermint candies sprinkles, gingerbread man cookies and lollipop candies! Very stunning and eye catching!

A touch of red and very holiday festive cake! Delightful Mixed Red Berries Bundt cake!

This sweetness bundt cake with luxurious mixed red berries fruits filled in the middle. I had decided to make a cut off slice in order giving a glimpse into inside the cake which handsculpt with red berries filling and you can enjoy overlooking at the lovely cake texture details as well.  Yeah, I always love to giving my cake texture with melticulous intricate details! :)

This wonderful winter Christmas cake made with elegance vanilla drizzle and topped beautiful mixed of cinnamon sticks, pine foliage, chestnuts and cherries make a perfect winter!  This was my first time tried experimented on making my own pine foliage to be use decor on my winter cake. Its made out of threads which carefully stick glued one by one by myself. I'm just happy and love how they turned out beautifully realistic!

Natural Inspired Winter Forest themed Christmas Cake

It has been a long time since I updated a post on my blog. Happy Holidays! It's time to celebrate the joy and warmth of the season and spread happiness among everyone you know.

I have thousand kind of ideas hope to create for my Christmas yet limited time but still tried my best to create something unique special dollhouse Christmas sweetness.

I had so much fun on making this cake. Just love how it turn out! It's such an elegant, beautifully natural inspired Christmas cake with  pretty festive arrangement!

Surrounding made decor with ladyfingers biscuits which topped dipped with sweet vanilla icing. I've put together a superb composition of vibrant flower, apple gourmet, cinnamon sticks, Christmas leaves, pine cones, gingerbread man icing cookies, Christmas tree cookies creating a magical winter forest effect a top of this beautiful cake. Simply giving a sense of winter touch!
