Recently I had experiment making french dessert Croquembouche; which also called Profiteroles tower. I had made my beautiful Croquembouche presented on intricate decorative cake base.
So here's shown another new collections of croquembouche that I had created. With all assortment beautiful pastel color of choux pastry assembled together into a cone tower and dipped in beautiful pastel colour of peach, ivory and mint icing. Each choux pastry balls are handsculpt individually by me. The topped towering final finished with white chocolate "P" label and a large ivory ribbon for a more decorative look. Everything just looks so soft with the colour! Simply elegant yet whimsical.
